[Biturbos4] Greetings and O2 Sensor Mod

Howdy all ... long time no see!

Some of y'all may remember me, then again maybe not. It's been a while.
During that while a lot has happened ... including 76k miles on my 01 S4
Avant. It's still sizzling along though it's picked up a few mods during
it's life.

I do still expect to get at least 200k miles out of it, though would it be
considered cheating if I'm an Audi tech, gobbling up all the free labor I
can give myself? Maybe.

Yeah, a lot has changed since I last posted to this list years ago. :)
