That info alone is not enough to know.  You also need to make sure
your wheels have the same bolt circle (5x112).  You should also get
wheels that are hub-centric for Audis to prevent vibrations.  Lastly
but just as important, the HP2 brakes on the S4 may not clear many
16" wheels (or even some 17" ones), depending on the design.  The only
way to know is to test fit.
