[BiturboS4] S4 Boost Gauge

Cool!  Please share your experience with the list.  Are you going to
send your instrument cluster in to have it done by them?  Or are you
going to "do it the hard way"?  The installation instructions gave me
the goosebumps.  One little mistake could cost $$$$!
