[BiturboS4] New 01.5 S4 avant owner

Hey guys,
I've been lurking on the list now for a couple months while waiting for
my S4 to get delivered from NJ to CA.  Well It's here and I love it!
 It's only got 8500 miles on it and it's a white avant with tip.  the
only mods it has so far from the previous owner is 3" cat back exhaust
and upgraded bypass valves.  I'm looking to do a chip and
wheel/tire/spring upgrade and I'm a bit overwhelmed with all the chip
manufacturer's and claims.  I've heard good and bad things about them.
 If anyone can point me to some websites so I can do some research that
would be great!
