[BiturboS4] chip decisions

Thanks for all the replies about chip sites.  It looks like (according
to websites and independent dyno tests) that the MTM chip w/ cat back
exhaust is about the best HP I can get without changing turbos.  Then
APR has the tip chip that I would want also.  So does that sound like
the best deal?  APR's cat back/chip combo looks good too, but according
to some sites' dyno test it doesn't make as much HP as MTM.   I also
want a boost gauge and like the AC vent gauge idea.  any comments?

next upgrade must be shocks/springs and maybe wheels.  is it OK to just
get springs for now and get shocks later?  the site was saying that I
need shocks too or the ride will be bouncy.  Is that true?
