actually, rotors don't warp.  that is a huge misconception in the automotive
world.  the reason brakes start to vibrate is because pads are misaligned
and the pad material is deposited on the rotor unevenly.  I have a huge
article about it and I'm looking for it now.  I never heard of the brake
dust cleaner problem but it makes sence.  I doubt spraying it on the rotor
is the problem, but getting it on your brake pads.  if it breaks down break
dust then it probably does a number on the pads themselves too.
