[BiturboS4] New S4 V8's Avus wheels

Thanks for the pointer.  That thread says the offset of the new Avus wheel
to be ET45.  On the other hand, the quattro quarterly (Audi Club NA magazine)
says it's ET39.  I wonder if there two versions of the wheel?  If there
is indeed an ET39 variety then it should fit without spacers...  the
RS246 forum thread with the ET45 wheel needed only 3mm spacers to fit.
