[BiturboS4] more hesitation... after a cold start..

I have a problem that doesn't throw codes as well. Once in a while my
transmission seems like it can't decide how to shift and it will clink
quite violently. I went to the dealer and they found a broken tranny
mount and charged me for the repair becuase they claimed it was caused
my "outside influences" meaning I mush have been in a wreck. I am
pissed about that because it cost $500 to fix. I told them about the
tranny problem and they "could not duplicate the problem" and there was
no code set. I brought it back the next day after it clunked hard again
and said I think the motor mount is broken (again) but they said there
is no way it's broken again. I don't think they even checked. the
motor has a ton of movement like before when it was broken. I took it
in a 3rd time and they said the tranny was 2 quarts low on fluid. they
filled it but it still clunks once in a while. very unpredictable too,
as I have no warning when it's going to happen. usually happens about
once every 2 or 3 weeks when going up a hill on the freeway.
any advice?
