Since i do not have VAG-COM yet (silly of me, i know!!) i dont know if my
car is throwing any codes. But after talking to several mechanic
friends they suspect the MAF sensor. When the car hesistates it
definitely feels like the computer trying to compensate for something...
problem is, trying to find out what!!

The other thing i originally suspected was the ESP / traction control
kicking in due to a bad sensor reading. Or even a bug in the ESP system.
I have yet to notice the ESP light go on the dash when the car hesitates,
so im still thinking its a longshot for this idea. Anyone w/o ESP have
the problem?
