[BiturboS4] Weird...

This morning I went to start my S4 and it barely turned
over, like the battery was low.  Fortunately it did start -
and then I noticed that the temperature displays were
reading in Celsius!  After I got to work I had to check
the manual to figure out how to reset the temperature -
but when I went to start the car it took a couple cranks.
Usually it starts right up.  It's been less than 2 days since
I drove the car last - is this some weird Friday the 13th
phenomenon ???
