[BiturboS4] Mobile Speaker in door?

Does your car have the Bose option?  Only Bose-equipped cars use the
separate speaker.  Non-Bose cars use the main door speaker for that purpose.

If you do have the little separate speaker, there is an extra mesh grill
on the door panel above the stereo speaker but below the mirror controls.
