[BiturboS4] part number request: chrome side-view mirror (driver-side)

My '01 Silver S4 with sports package (thus the chrome mirror) got tagged
in a thin alley by another car's side-view mirror (while I was parked and
gone) and busted the glare-reducing glass and scratched up the mirror
housing.

I'm wanting to have the whoel thing replaced.  Anyone know what the part
number is, cost, replacement cost, etc...?
