[BiturboS4] S4 MAF's

I have a 2000 S4 as well. My MAF went at about 44k miles. It
went fast. One day it was fine, the next day the engine light
was on, and I was running rough. I was still under warranty,
so the dealer replaced it. So I just got the stock part. I am
at 67k now.
