[BiturboS4] Copy and distributing cds are bad...

I failed to read my emails correctly therefore I must apologist to the
forum:

Please do not make copies of cds you do not own.

When I asked the forum about the group purchase. I just want to make it
clear that everyone get what they want.. I want map 6 and 8, therefore there
will not be another person getting map 6 and 8 in this purchase..
