[BiturboS4] New S4 owner

[Ti Kan]

For those of you looking to "chip" your S4, you might consider
waiting until either APR or Revotechnik comes out with their
externally flashable versions for the US-S4s.  No need to remove
or open the ECU.  The new code is programmed in directly via the
diagnostic port.
