[BiturboS4] Nav CD's & wheel touch up

I bought an "additional" CD for my 2001 S4's NAV system through the parts
department of my Audi dealer (Stoddard Imports, Willoughby, OH).   No
hassel at all.    Rec'd it in about 4 days.... but it cost about
$100  (don't recall exact $).    By the way, Stoddard does a LOT of mail
order parts business especially for vintage Porsches, so they're set up to
