The North American biturbo S4 has different engine output characteristics.
The US stock S4 specs are 250 hp/258 lb-ft, but the ROW (rest of world)
S4 is 265 hp/295 lb-ft. The engine codes are different: US: APB, ROW: AGB
The ECU has different programming in it, and the transmission has different
gear ratios, but I don't know if there are other mechanical differences.

Probably Revo just never got around to developing a US version of the
S4 firmware yet.
