[Biturbos4] what do my DTC's mean

Hey all,
My performance had been suffering recently, so I had my friend with a 
vag scan me. I have an engine code., but no check engine light. Looks 
like the O2 sensor is going bad. How do the professionals read this?

17539 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor: B2 S1: Internal Resistance too High
             P1131 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
Readiness: 0000 0000
