[Biturbos4] Replacing fuel filter on 00 $4

I seem to recall seeing some sort of tech article on Audiworld.com that 
involved loosening the gas tank with a 2x4 and removing the filter; 
didn't look all that easy all in all. Are you sure its clogged?
