[Biturbos4] Tire Recomendation? and possible tire for sale.

I don't think the stock 17" Avus wheels are that desirable (not to me anyways), they look decent but way too heavy, very strong though due to its weight.  I run 16" oe alloys (designed specifically to clear the HP2 calipers) during winter with 205/55-16 tires, partly because it came with the car, but I would have done the same thing mainly due to wanting thicker sidewall to absorb the extra crap on winter roads (mud/ice/snow packs...).  The fact that 16" winter tires cost a hell of a lot less than 17" helps too!

If you upgrade the brakes though, then you'll have to run 17" minimum to clear the brakes.  In that case, those damn tough Avus wheels would be the perfect choice as winter rims.
