I have heard a lot of horror stories about Audi dealer service experiences,
but it would seem that the problem is not universal.  Some dealers are
better than others.  So far I have had pretty good luck with my local
dealers here.  In fact one of them (Stevens Creek Audi in San Jose, CA)
will install performance mods from Stasis Engineering on your new Audi
and fully support it.
