[Biturbos4] Audi screws up

Sounds to me like your complaint is with the dealer, and/or with whoever provides the extended warranty.  If it's the Audi Certified Pre-Owned warranty, then you need to get beyond the dealer and talk to Audi customer service directly.

The tire rotation you describe is what's recommended in my S4's Owner's Manual. The reason for not rotating the spare may have to do with the fact that the tires are directional.
