I sent them copies of everything.... they didn't complain or ask for any further proof or anything.

Thank you to whoever it was that first posted this information about the MAF reimbursement to the list.... you saved me nearly $300.

Hey Russ - how's this for strange?  Right after I read that
you'd gotten a call from AoA I got my call!  They told me
I'd have my check within 2 weeks.  Hope they remember
to send back all my paperwork, too.
