[Biturbos4] Idle Warming Up Question

This was from the US distributor, I think he's based in california. I
ordered it off of the website for US sales and had to pay upfront with
paypal. Buyer beware. I also see some garbage characters when the
display is updating quickly as well, which may mean I need to send it
back for a software update or cough up more for the computer cable(and
wait who knows how long for that).
