I don't have the Hitachi MAF part number handy, but the prices are as
follows, if I remember correctly:

S4 Bosch (2000 S4s): ~$199
S4 Hitachi (2001+ S4s): ~$299
RS4 Bosch (all RS4s): ~$399

Its also important to know that the S4 Bosch and Hitachi MAFs are NOT
interchangeable.  They output a different voltage curve and have different
connectors.  ECU programming changes are required to switch from one to the
other.

The S4 Bosch MAF is very failure prone.  As a result, AWE's K04 kit (which
doesn't use RS4 parts) makes programming changes to allow 2000 S4s (which
use the Bosch MAF) to run a Hitachi sensor instead (in AWE's custom MAF
housing).

MTM, APR and AMS use the RS4 MAF and provide replacement connectors to allow
2001+ S4s to use the Bosch RS4 MAF (along with the necessary programming
changes in their K04 chips).
