[Biturbos4] 01.5 - 02 updated turbo's

i've heard a little talk lately about the updated turbos with larger oil 
lines (correct?).. how much did this update help as far as turbo's failing? 
would the turbo's on a chipped 01.5 or 02 last a lot longer then a older 
version due to the update or??
