[Biturbos4] BMW becoming the 'ultimate poser machine'

I've been polling one of the Porsche groups and gotten responses that seem
to confirm these numbers.  One guy wrote to say that in his experience
looking for a 330i about 10% of the cars were manual transmissions, and of
those only 10% were coupes.  At least they have a choice of 2 or 4 doors,
although we have the Avant!  I wonder what percentage of A4s are manual?
I'd guess more of the 1.8t vs. the 2.8/3.0.
