[Biturbos4] Manual swap

Sounds like a fun project. But I may just sell mine and get an S4 with
the 6 speed in it since mine isn't customized at all yet. It has brand
new turbos from the dealer and a new dash cluster but the only real
"mod" is my AWE twin 2 exhaust.
