[Biturbos4] S4 upgrades

Looks good!  I've also seen a few S4's with S8 wheels, also 18x8, exact same design as our stock ones, but look so much better.  Me want...  alas I need suspension first, Stasis here I come! ;-)

And ecodes are awesome, did you get SilverVision bulbs to complete the clear corner look?  Can't exactly tell from the pics.
