[Biturbos4] S4 upgrades

Ti, I understand that, as I have ecodes myself, but the enclosure doesn't conceal the orange bulb entirely, you can see it up close on the side and a bit of orange reflection when viewed straight on.  I'm being picky here, I know ;-)  I got the SilverVisions and wired them up as signal light only (no more parking light, citylight does that now) and am very happy with the results.  Now you really can't see any orange unless it's turned on.
