Thanks, Dan. That's the site, and it confirmed my information about that
dealer. I also have an issue with the dash mounted cup holder (other than
don't ever used it with a container that has liquid in it), in a '01 S4 or
B5. Has any one successfully lobbied their Servicing Dealer to replace
either the radio head unit and/or climate controls with success as it
relates to this awful design issue.
