[Biturbos4] Center driver information display readout problem

I've had a similar problem with the display over the last 2 years. It is ok
when cold (!) but the text and horizontal division lines start to fade on
the outside edges after half an hour or so. It hasn't got much worse over
the last 10k, so I've decided to ignore it.
