He never would have been able to catch you, probably wouldn't
have been able to read your license plate, and with the weather
there weren't going to be any helicopters up.  Besides, with that
kind of weather they all had better things to do!

Great story.  I've never done a trip quite like that, but I've had
shorter runs that were in the same spirit.
