[Biturbos4] Switching from dino to synth - lifter prob?

i've heard that synthetic is too slippery for it's own
good. the fact that it does not leave deposits and
doesn't "stick" to rotating parts is a problem.

again, i'm not a mechanic, but more knowledgeable
people have said that synthetic creates more "metal on
metal" issues when you cold start a car. 

in SHOs, many have said that it is a cause for spun
rod bearings. i think some may have to do with the
synthetic, but not much. mainly, it's people lugging
the car up a hill in 5th gear regularly.
