[Biturbos4] what do you guys think about 94-98 BMW 540i?

Those have an open rear diff. so accellerating around corners will spin
the inside rear tire quite easilly. other then that it's nice.
however, my long time bmw owning friend just traded in his bmw 540i's
for one acura cl type s and an acura suv thing.
