[Biturbos4] sound upgrades

I have found that Crutchfields system doesnt know about our car. If 
you say its an A4 of the same year it gives you better options, and 
you can pick the Bose from that model too. It should all be the same. 
I did this a few months back and I remember it working... I could be 
wrong... I think they sell a face place so you can fit a standard 
size stereo into the car.
