[Biturbos4] Have I just joined the BTC*?

my S4 has been at keys audi since dec 2 for turbo replacement.  they 
replaced a bunch of other crap and when i went to pick it up last week 
the car was filthy, and scratched up.  so now it's in the bodyshop.  I 
hate service
