I have found a good place to get parts in the USA is at:

www.dadsauto.com


They pretty much only sell Audi. And I know that right now 
they have an S4 for parts that was rear ended. Only problem 
for you is that they are in California. Just about as far 
from you as it can get.

Check em out if you dont find something closer.
