[Biturbos4] MAF reimbursment

Well, it's been over a month now since I sent in all my paperwork to Audi
and havent' heard a word yet.  I suppose 5 weeks is too soon to expect
anything, especially with the holidays being in there.  Anyone else had any
luck getting reimbursed for their MAF replacement?
