I'd check two things:

First, if you have coilovers and the car is very low
there isn't much or any preload in the spring.  When
you go over bumps there is no load on the spring when
the car is at the top of this bump motion and the
spring rattles around a bit before the weight of the
car comes to rest on the spring again.

Second, after adding suspension some people have
noticed very fast wear of the rear sway bar bushings. 
Check if there is any play in there too.
