[Biturbos4] OT: VAG ignition coil settlement

This doesn't apply to the 2.7t, but lots of us own a VW or
Audi with the 1.8t that was plagued by ignition coil failures.

I got an official notice from AoA that there's a proposed
settlement to the class action lawsuit filed against VW over
the ignition coil fiasco.  The way I read it, if you suffered a
failure and had your ignition coils replaced *even* under
warranty you're entitled to a share of the settlement.  If
you incurred any addional costs because of the failure,
you're entitled to additional compensation as well.
