[Biturbos4] Tires

Could anyone make use of the a set of 4 Dunlop SP9000s in 215/55 R16?

I pulled them off my car a few months ago to put dedicated winter tires on my car.  I'm currently looking for 17" or 18" wheels and new tires, but the old tires are still in pretty good shape... I just don't want to pay to swap them back on my OEM 16" wheels.

They have about 2/3 of their life left.... Any reasonable offer for them would be accepted.  They are in Allentown PA.
