[Biturbos4] Rough running when cold

Hey Russ,
My 2001 S4 6 spd has done this since new and a number of listers have
reported similar problems.
The following was done to mine, to the point that now, it's driveable (not
PERFECT, but I can live with it). I (subjectively) noticed some incremental
improvement after each of these:
- changed MAF
- changed charcoal canister
- changed coolant temp sensor (no noticeable improvement, on this change,
but dealer said Audi had a TSB on it)
- changed to Mobil 1 0w30 (from dino juice)
Keman on this list (an Audi tech in the USA), said that some adjustment to
cold engine fuel maps was the answer, but due to excessive emissions, it
wasn't condoned by AoA. He was going to look into the exact values, but to
date, I haven't seen this published.
HTH,
David
