[Biturbos4] clamps for small hoses

I need to test my bypass valves and see that the hoses are held on
with those one-time-use clamps. A local lister (Phil) pointed me to
the local Lowes store for the spring type clamps, but I could not find
them, nor could any store personel. The screw-type clams just aren't
good for hoses this small, any other ideas? (or sources to check?)
