[Biturbos4] HELP!!! Troubleshooting DTCs w/ EPC light

Seems more like a wiring connector/contact problem or something.
I think it's unlikely that the oxygen sensor's heating element
would go open circuit at the same time as the sensor element itself.
The EGT sensor short to ground fault is intermittent.  Maybe it's
also a wiring related issue.

The system too lean messages are probably just by-products of
not getting a proper oxygen sensor reading.

The throttle actuator message also says that it's intermittent.
I would clear the DTC (after fixing the other problems) and
see if it recurs.
