[Biturbos4] air bag light on

The official name for N199 is Driver's Side Airbag Igniter, if that helps
any.  The "1217" part at least is consistent with that component.  I might
be able to learn more tomorrow.  Another code should indicate a different
problem.  There might be something to be said for going to a guy who's got
access to the right tools.  Good luck!
