[Biturbos4] inexpensive 17" wheel suggestion for snowtires

I'm considering a set of rims for snow tires such as:

Seeing as how a set of 17 inch stock 2000 S4 wheels are not easy to come 
by cheaply, I'm looking for a low cost alternative.   Any reason why I 
shouldn't consider a set like these?

Sorry Keman, I need 17 inch minimum to fit over stoptech calipers.
