[Biturbos4] Looking to buy a 2001 S4 Avant 6spd

Hi...this is my first time posting to this list. I'm in the process of
selling my 1990 V8Q and buying a 2001 S4 Avant 6spd. There are 5 or 6 around
the USA with 30-40k on them. Most at car dealers. Most offer a
warranty...about $3k for 4 additional years or 100k miles on the clock. Does
anyone have any advise as to what to look for in these cars? How much do you
think I should pay for one? Anyone selling theirs?  Thanks in advance!!
