Agreed.  In fact if it doesn't have a turbo(s) (or a supercharger) to begin with, it's very likely to be way less mod-able than engines with them.  Also for the RL in particular, it's first and foremost mission is to be a luxury car, so I highly doubt there'll be much aftermarket support at all.
