[Biturbos4] Timing Belt replacement

Let's start with the basics. If it fails, your engine is toast. So
people have varried opinions on what is "safe" and "conservative". I
think 90k is the official number, and I did mine at 75k.
The cost should be between $1200 and $1500, and should include the
timing belt, the water pump, and the idler/tensioner pulley. If the
water pump goes, it too can break the belt. And you virtually have to
take it out to do the job anyway.
Good independents can do it too.
